How long will a statue last outdoors? Weather and location have a role in answering this question. If you decide to display your statue outside, it’s perfectly normal to expect the regular wear and tear effect that the sun and other elements would put on every handcrafted item exposed to them. Any type of painted statue (concrete, resin, or ceramic) sitting in direct sunlight is likely to fade faster than one placed in a darker, more protected spot and, if you live in a climate with freezing temperatures, it is desirable and recommended to bring your statues indoors for the winter months.

GIFT IDEAS:
If this item is intended as a gift, you can print a copy of the order and include a photo of the statue with the card you give to celebrate the special occasion, or holidays, or just a “thinking about you” everyday gift. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail service. Other carriers are available upon request.

Shipping charges will be combined if multiple items are included in the same order and they will be delivered at the same time (exceptions might apply).

Please see our guidelines below for any international transactions. The international shipping and delivery time (excluding handling time) will take between 10 to 28 days depending on your location. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes might be incurred and should be in accordance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse any refund at our sole and absolute discretion based on our official terms and regulations listed below under the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY section.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Items shipped by The Pink Cadet Garden™ are usually custom-made and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. In that case, a full refund will be made in the original method of payment or the item will be replaced at no cost to the buyer assuming the following:

 the return/refund claim must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of receiving the damaged item
 the defective item should be sent back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date of delivery
 the return/refund claim must be documented with photographs of the damaged parts and/or postal malfunctioning content.

Any items that have been damaged, resized, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Any return/refund claim submitted more than 3 business days after delivery will be automatically rejected. All product packaging (such as boxes) and, if applicable, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Every item that leaves our warehouse is thoroughly individually inspected before departure. The Pink Cadet Garden™ is not responsible under any circumstances for any damaged or lost items once the package is verified and accepted by the Postal Office or any other carrier chosen at checkout.

All orders and return inquiries are subject to our other return guidelines listed below and some products have different policies or requirements associated with them (please check the product’s description page for any associated changes in return/refund guidelines).

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.

All items must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn’t arrive back to our warehouse and you don’t use a trackable method to return it or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we will not be able to honor any refunds or store credits.

Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you received the item. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box (should be strong enough to hold up to 75 lbs.) and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspapers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS — Customs, Duties & Taxes:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; The Pink Cadet Garden™ has no control over these charges, nor can The Pink Cadet Garden™ predict what they may be. The payment of import fees is solely the responsibility of the importer (buyer) and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note:
•Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

•Countries that require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

The Pink Cadet Garden™ won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that The Pink Cadet Garden™ isn’t able to provide a replacement, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a U.S. address, purchase goods from The Pink Cadet Garden™ to be shipped to a U.S. location, and then subsequently export the goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. The Pink Cadet Garden™ must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarder’s most up-to-date U.S. address is used.

If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) do not have a U.S. residence and purchase goods from The Pink Cadet Garden™ to be shipped to a U.S. location, you or the designated freight forwarder may not subsequently, export the goods without prior written authorization from The Pink Cadet Garden™.

If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country.
